Product Directions
Vapourising/diffusing:
- Candle burner: add 6 drops to a dish 3/4 full of water.
- Electric burner or aroma diffuser: refer to manufacturer's instructions.
Steam Inhalation:
- Add 6 drops to 1 litre of steaming water.
- Cover the head with a towel and inhale the vapours for 5 minutes.
- Close your eyes.
Please note steam inhalation is not recommended for asthmatics.
