Pelamatic Hosteleria Orange Peeler is a simple yet life-changing addition to industrial kitchens that process large quantities of fruit and vegetables.
Easy to use, it starts at the push of a button and can peel up to 8 pieces of spherical or oval fruit and vegetables per minute (thin peel), and up to 5 for thicker-peeled produce.
Tips
The peeler is not suitable for produce with irregular surfaces and shapes, or produce with very soft interiors (such as melons or avocados).
