The Excalibur Paraflexx Ultra sheet is a non-stick BPA-free sheet coated with high-grade silicone. Perfect for preparing fruit rollups, leathers, flax crackers, and sticky or semi-liquid foods.

Available as a single sheet or in packs.
Tips
Silicone sheets are a little thicker so once the food is dry enough to be peeled off, it is advised to flip the sheets over and peel them away, leaving the food to rest on the tray's mesh insert to finish the drying process.
Teflex premium (or Paraflexx) sheets are also available. They are thinner and a little more effective than the silicone-coated sheets (flipping and removing Paraflexx premium sheets during the drying process is not required).
