Thoughtful simple design
The MyCook was designed with straightforward and uncomplicated use in mind. It comes with few attachments: a single jug, single multi-purpose blade set, steaming trays, mixing paddle, spatula and straining basket. With these parts, you can perform over 15 different tasks that would require multiple appliances.
The dual motor system ensures the primary motor is always cooled, resulting in longer life-expectancy and eliminating the risk of over-heating. Its 2 HP max capacity is more powerful than leading all-in-one cookers competitors.
The MyCook can make a dazzling range of recipes from sauces to rich stocks, cocktails, fresh pasta, ice-cream, fresh pastries, consommé and pâté. There are minimal pre-set programs, the focus being on how the MyCook can assist with your cooking instead of presenting a very structured method you need to conform to.
It comes with a 150 page recipe book that you can adapt and build on as you become more familiar with the MyCook.
Precision and control
You can control time, temperature and speed through the sleek and intuitive LED control panel:
- Timer settings range from 0 to 90 minutes in second, 30 seconds and minute increments for maximum precision
- Temperature ranges from 40 to 120ºC with 10ºC intervals
- Speed ranges from 1 to 10 (plus a Turbo function)
The MyCook has precise on-board scales, from 10g to 2 kg in 10g increments: ingredients are measured as they get added to the jar, to ensure spectacular and consistent results.
The MyCook has three basic functions: Knead, Sauté and Turbo. Knead enables you to make fantastic breads and pastries, Sauté lets you customise veggie size to achieve full-bodied stews, soups or stocks. Turbo is best for very smooth purées, pulverising ingredients or crushing ice.
Along with these basic functions, the attachments that come with the MyCook will increase versaility and multi-task: the single blade is multi-purpose and has reverse capabilities, all that is required for all applications. The mixing paddle takes care of stirring, whipping and simple mixing. The steaming trays allows cooking on 3 levels and the custom-made spatula acts as a tamper and scrapes down the jug as required.
The sum of all these parts is over 15 kitchen tasks: weigh, knead, beat, blend, emulsify, stir, whip, mix, chop, shred, mince, grind, fry, steam and sauté!
