HerbaFibre is a better answer to constipation and bloating than traditional laxatives. It helps relieve constipation and also strengthens the muscle tone of the bowel. This encourages the body's natural elimination process, and benefits long-term bowel health. Containing fennel, liquorice and peppermint leaf to soothe bloating and digestive disturbance, HerbaFibre is easy-to-take, and naturally effective. HerbaFibre contains no added lactose, dairy, salt, sugar, fructose, dextrose, gluten, fillers, or any artificial additives, colours or preservatives.

Wonder Foods recommends taking sufficient HerbaFibre to produce 1 to 3 bowel movements per day.

  • Adults: Severe constipation - 3 level teaspoons (5g) 3 times daily mixed with water or juice, to be taken with meals.
  • Mild constipation - 2 to 3 smaller doses as required per day.
  • Children over 12: Half the adult dose on medical advice.

Each 5 gram dose (3 level metric teaspoons) contains herb powder (in a base of Rice Bran Powder and Stevia):
