Turn a simple bath into a truly restorative and rejuvenating experience... Echolife's Magnesium Bath Crytals are sourced from a naturally occurring Nigari salt lake 3500m high in the mountains bordering Tibet and China, and are prepared using time-honoured traditional Japanese methods.

These ultra-pure magnesium crystals dissolve readily into warm water and contain over 95% Magnesium Chloride along with many other beneficial trace elements.

How to use:

  • Dissolve 1/2 to 1 cup of Nigari Magnesium Bath Flakes in a warm bath (or 1/4 to 1/2 cup in a footbath).
  • Soak for at least 20 - 30 minutes.
Nigari magnesium chloride flakes (95% Magnesium Chloride)

Always store magnesium flakes in an airtight container as they will turn to liquid if exposed to humid air for any length of time.

    Still getting great results from the bath flakes, and now more of my clients are enjoying a bath with these flakes or foot baths and getting a lot of relief from pain and tightness in muscles.

    Have definitely noticed how great this product has been at claming spasmy muscles and returning softness to my skin. It is great at reducing swelling and helping me to unwind before bed.

    I am delighted with the magnesium chloride bath crystals you sent me. I have found that by adding a handful to my bathwater, they dissolve instantly, and I have noticed, after only one week, that I no longer get the muscular spasms and cramps resulting from poor magnesium absorption from a calcium magnesium supplement I was taking. The magnesium oxide in the supplement is very poorly absorbed, whereas magnesium chloride crystals dissolved in water absorb readily through the skin.

    I add these to a bath or footbath for the maintenance of my health and for my families. I also make magnesium sprays for the body and these work wonders with muscle aches. A friend has a high blood pressure problem and bad headaches. He sprays this on his body twice a day and these symptoms subside. Magnesium is definitely the lamp of life. Everybody should use it. Highly recommended.
