The Magnesium Plus Pack contains:

Australian Magnesium Chloride Oil: ultra-pure and magnesium-rich, perfect for massage and to replenish the skin with vital minerals and trace elements.

Australian Magnesium Chloride Gel : a 50/50 formula mixing Magnesium Chloride oil and organic aloe vera, to boost magnesium levels and deeply nourish the skin.

Nigari Magnesium Bath Flakes : revitalising bath flakes rich in magnesium chloride and trace minerals, ideal for foot baths or full baths to regenerate and restore a tired body.

Invigorating treatment:

  • Rub Magnesium Oil into the skin before your daily shower or bath.
  • Leave for 20 mn.
  • Shower as normal.

Nourishing treatment:

  • Rub Magnesium Gel into the skin after your shower to hydrate and refresh the skin.
  • Use after a work-out to ease the tension in tired muscles.

Relaxing treatment:

  • Run a warm bath or foot bath and add up to a cup of Nigari Magnesium Bath Flakes.
  • Soak for at least 20 mn.
  • Towel off and nourish the skin with Magnesium Gel.
