Unique multi-filter design

The AP-1008 DH has a 4-stage filtration process that includes a Pre-filter, Multi-care filter, Deodorisation filter and a HEPA filter.

• The Pre-filter incorporates anti-bacterial material and thoroughly removes dust, human and pet hair and larger particles.
• The Multi-care filter incorporates a Yellow Sand filter, Legionella filter and Human Influenza filter into one integrated system. It eliminates 98.8% yellow and micro sand and spring-time pollutants, 99% of legionella and 99.97% of cold viruses and allergy-causing substances. The Multi-care filter gives ideal protection to the elderly, children, those with allergies or a weakened immune system.
• The Deodorisation filter contains active carbon and efficiently removes harmful gases such as VOCs (volatile organic compounds), tobacco fumes and foul odours.
• The Hepa filter is designed to remove 99.95% of particles as small as 0.3 micron, which typically trigger allergy and asthma symptoms. The Hepa filter in the AP-1008 DH can break down 90% of harmful gases in 10 minutes and eliminate 99.97% of micro-dust, viruses, germs and mildew.

Air quality is constantly checked and maintained

The AP-1008 DH has a micro-controller with dust and gas sensors constantly checking the indoor air quality level. It automatically adjusts an indicator lamp to display in real time how clean your indoor air is (ranging from blue: clean, to orange: high indoor pollution). Leaving the AP-1008 DH on auto-mode will let it automatically control the airflow according to the level of detected pollution, to ensure you're getting clean, purified indoor air at all times.With its slim and elegant (synthetic) leather-covered design and powerful performance, the AP 1008 DH will fit into any decor and deliver clean, mountain-pure fresh air and a sense of well-being to your whole family.

Economical and smart

Three of its four filters are long-lasting and can be easily cleaned or replaced:

• The Pre-filter can be rinsed with water or vacuumed and will last an extended period of time before replacement is needed.
• The Multi-care filter should be replaced every 4 to 6 months for ideal performance.
• The Deodorisation filter will last up to 12 months and can be vacuumed from time to time.
• The Hepa filter can be vacuumed every 2 to 4 months and will last up to 12 months.

The AP-1008 DH also has a CDS light sensor that automatically detects variations in luminous intensity and switches to Sleep Mode when ambient light diminishes. This feature helps save energy and enhances a quiet restful sleep.
