How will my order arrive?
- In case of a missed delivery, a card will be placed in your letterbox to let you know when you can pick up your order from your local Post Office.
- If you'd like to amend your order with specific delivery instructions, please contact us as soon as possible after placing it.
- We ship via Australia Post Standard and Express. Please contact us if you wish to discuss other shipping options (Registered Post, postage insurance etc...).
- Shipping costs are automatically calculated based on your postcode. If you feel the postage costs may be wrong, please contact us for a manual quote.
- A contact name and signature may be required upon delivery for orders shipped to business addresses.
- Every effort is made to securely pack your goods to ensure they arrive in good order. In the rare event of damage occurring in transit, we are committed to ship replacement goods to you as soon as possible.

If you changed your mind:
- We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, providing that the items you are returning are unused, in their original condition and packaging.
- You may return your order in whole or in part for a refund or store credit.
- You may exchange your order item(s) for other products of an equal value in our catalogue (we willl advise you within 24 hours if replacement goods are unavailable).
If we made a mistake:
If we shipped the wrong item to you, please return it to us and we will resend your corrected order as soon as possible. We will also refund to you all shipping costs associated with the return of your order. Please visit our Terms & Conditions of Trade for further details, or contact us. Please note that if you intend to return or exchange an item, you must contact us before shipping your item back to us.
Due to the nature of goods sold by Echolife Australia we are unable to refund goods once opened.
