How to Order.

Please note:  We only deliver to an Australian address and do not ship overseas at this time.

You can complete your order on the website or by phone during normal business hours.

Methods of Payment:

We accept Payment by: Credit Card (online or phone/fax ), PayPal (online orders), Direct Deposit, Money Order and Cheque.
Credit Card and PayPal payments can be made via our online shopping cart.  All transactions are secured using 128-bit SSL encryption.

We do not accept American Express or Diners Club Credit Cards.

Goods will be shipped following payment confirmation, usually within 24 hours.


Shipping

Orders received before 11am Monday to Friday (Eastern Standard Time) will generally be shipped within 24 hours * (see below).

Orders received after this time will be shipped the following day.  
Orders received on Friday after 11am will be shipped on the following Monday.

Express Post orders received Monday to Friday after 3pm will be shipped the following day.

We have found Australia Post to be most reliable and efficient for shipping our goods.
All goods are shipped by Australia Post regular Mail, unless otherwise specified.

Our shopping cart calculates your shipping costs, via Australia Post direct online shipping quote service, following input of your shipping address at check out. You are charged for shipping only, no extra charge applies for handling/packaging.  Estimated shipping costs range from $5  to approximately $10 however exact shipping costs are calculated at checkout .

If you have a particular shipping preference eg. registered or express post or want your product insured please contact us.

Your order will be labelled 'DO NOT SAFE DROP' for security purposes, particularly if you live in an apartment. This means if you are not at home at time of delivery the parcel will be carded and available for collection at your nearest Post Office.


Personal collection of orders can be made by prior arrangement. 

Deliveries to a business address must be accompanied by a contact name and require delivery confirmation signature. This will avoid your order going astray. No extra charge for delivery confirmation.

We will endeavour to dispatch your order as soon as possible, generally within 24 hours if received before 11am (EST) see above*) and you will be notified by email when your order has been sent.
In case of unforseeable delays please allow 3-7 business days for receipt of your order, particularly if you are in remote areas of Australia. You will be kept informed as to the status of your order until dispatched to you.
Every effort is made to securely pack your goods to ensure they arrive in good order.

No responsibility is taken by Echolife for goods damaged in transit or not received by the recipient.

In the rare event that you receive goods damaged in transit, claims made to Australia Post are quickly processed and in the meantime Echolife is committed to ensuring you receive replacement goods at the earliest possible time.  


Returns and Exchanges

If you changed your mind: we can only accept returns within 14 days of delivery , as long as the items returned are unused, in their original condition and packaging. 
We can offer you a store credit, exchange for another of our products, or refund (please note that you will be responsible for all shipping costs, and that original shipping charges are non-refundable).
Customers will be advised within 2 days if goods are unavailable.

If we made a mistake: if we shipped the wrong item to you, we can offer you a store credit, exchange for another of our products, or refund, including all shipping costs associated with your order.

Please note that if you intend to return or exchange an item, you must contact us before shipping your item back to us.

Due to the nature of goods sold by Echolife Australia we are unable to refund goods once opened.

Your Information will not be shared with ANYONE!
Echolife Australia will not sell or share your information with other parties.  By creating an account with us during your first purchase, (which does include the use of cookies), your subsequent visits will be more efficient and pleasurable experiences.
An account with us also means you will not need to re-enter your payment information each time you make a purchase. You will also have instant access to past and recently made purchases.

Since PayPal and e-way process all online payments via our shopping cart, no payment information is stored by Echolife Australia. No personal bank details are kept on our server, only address and contact details related to your order.
Credit card details can be accepted by phone or fax.  We advise our customers to never send credit card details via email.
