Each section contains a combination of these three excellent products that individually assist the body with detoxing and absorption of the many minerals vital to your health and wellbeing:

CALCIUM BENTONITE CLAY: Due to the fact that this clay contains a significant amount of natural sodium, it shares qualities of both sodium bentonite and calcium montmorillonite. It is therefore an ‘all purpose clay’ and great for adding to a bath or footbath to absorb toxins and impurities from the body.

NIGARI MAGNESIUM CHLORIDE FLAKES: During the manufacturing process of Nigari Flakes, magnesium is separated from other minerals. This results in a high concentration of magnesium and chloride (Magnesium Chloride) and many other trace minerals, vital for human health. The company we source our flakes from uses the ion dialysis method. This method removes most of the sodium, resulting in a higher concentration of magnesium chloride.

MACROBIOTIC SEA SALT CRYSTALS when added to a bath or footbath are an excellent way of absorbing all the minerals the sea contains in balance, including magnesium chloride, potassium and calcium. Harvested from the pristine waters of the Great Barrier Reef, our pure, unprocessed Macrobiotic Sea Salt Crystals retain over 40 naturally occurring sea minerals and trace minerals that are absorbed by the body when you soak in a bath containing these crystals.

Instructions for use: You may use the entire pack or use individually for three baths.

• For a full bath, cut open the three sections and add to a warm bath.
• If you wish to have three individual baths, only open one section at a time.
• Agitate with your hand to mix the contents with bath water.
• Soak your body for approximately 30 – 40 minutes, adding more warm water if the bath gets too cold.
• The bath should be filled with enough water to cover the entire body.
